Return policy is defined at product level. For the stores that accept returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you chose to refund and place an order later, we will refund the amount in the same mode of payment used in next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post on your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transactions details in case if it does not show up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on [email protected]
Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. We would like to tell you that we specially procure merchandise post you order on Designr.me. In case of cancellation due to dislike or any change of plans, Designr reserves the rights to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
